It is this all-powerful authoritarianism that we once again confront with common sense and wise measures, for the love of our country, all the people living in it, and future generations—so they can enjoy its journey and strive to build a more perfect Union.
Take heed: in this crisis, those who shrink from the genuine service of our country pave the way for the very tyranny that rallied our founders to rebel.
Let the word go out: those who stand strong now, who express their opposition in words and deeds, deserve the love and thanks of every American.
